Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S both have the ability to run Far Cry 5 at 60 FPS, but it may need to be enabled first depending on which console players are using. The ability to increase the frame rate for this game is due to the FPS Boost function on the Series X and Series S, and enabling it will enhance the visual quality of the game.
Yakuza 0 already runs at 60fps by default. No tweaking needed. If a game has graphics options setting the game to performance usually does 60 FPS. However some games have quality set to 60 FPS and performance to 120 fps. There's no way to tell from the options what you will get as most developers don't include a useful description.

The Xbox Series X CPU is far faster than the Xbox One CPU and much more efficient. The reason more games on the Xbox One X didn't run at 60fps at high resolutions was because of the weak jaguar CPU. There is no logical reason for the Xbox Series X to run at anything besides 4k and 60fps. Also every game on the Xbox Series X won't use ray tracing.
