Go to Steam VR settings. Check the box to disable ASW (in the "Applications" tab). After that, also in the Applications tab, just adjust your Super sampling as high as you can without losing that solid framerate (you want your game staying in the green of that little live display of your refresh rate).
Have not tried No Man's Sky but if you have trouble with VR generally, the issue might not be your card. No I actually can run games just fine. It's just No Man's Sky. The game is still very, very demanding. I have a 3080 and I can run it on High w/ an acceptable framerate. Your 2060 isn’t going to cut it I’m afraid.

It's not the graphics cards that are causing the VR issues though, it's heavily reliant on the CPU which, as far as I recall is what the HMDs also rely on for tracking etc.

SevenNovember • 4 yr. ago. Also, do the basic steps for fixing any issue. Try-. Restarting your PC. Verify files on steam. Uninstall then reinstall. Check oculus cables and make sure they are snug. Change your oculus plug in locations. Check the cables going into your headset to verify they are snug.
